Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church of Alta, Iowa. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Alta. Local arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel, 8310 S. Coulter St. Mrs. Rhenstrom was born Feb. 1, 1910, in Alta. She worked as the director of Buena Vista County Social Services in Storm Lake, Iowa, for many years. Mrs. Rhenstrom was active in numerous professional and social organizations and was a lifelong member of the Methodist church. In 1994, Mrs. Rhenstrom moved to Amarillo to join her daughter and son-in-law. She has resided at the Ware Memorial Care Center for the past 10 years. Survivors include a daughter, Sandi McGinnis and husband, Bob, of Amarillo; seven grandchildren, Michael and Suzanne McGinnis, both of Hamburg, Germany, Marni and Tim Warner, both of Lake Worth, Fla., Mark McGinnis of Chicago and Matthew and Suzanne McGinnis, both of Austin; three great-grandchildren, Savina McGinnis of Mound, Minn., Adriana McGinnis of Hamburg and Declan McGinnis of Austin. Mrs. Rehnstrom will be mourned by numerous other family members and friends. The family suggests memorials be to Ware Memorial Care Center or St. Stephen United Methodist Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in Hereford Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Ted Taylor officiating. The family will have a private interment. Arrangements are by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Long was born Dec. 7, 1945, in Muncie, Ind., the daughter of Doris and Dr. Clyde Rush. She married Elmer Long on Nov. 18, 1989, in Hereford. Mrs. Long was the secretary for Hereford Church of the Nazarene for more than six years. Survivors include her husband; her parents of Hereford; three sons, Eric Walterscheid and wife, Deborah, and Jason Walterscheid and wife, Callie, all of Amarillo and Kent Walterscheid and wife, Angela, of Plano; a daughter, Kristin Will and husband, David, of Westminster, Colo.; two brothers, Santry Rush and wife, Paula, of Pflugerville and Dana Rush and wife, Trudy, of Bastrop; two sisters, Dr. Rosalind Rush Dees and husband, Joe, of St. Louis and Shelley Burelsmith and husband, Larry, of Lubbock; and nine grandchildren. Mrs. Clark was born Dec. 17, 1915, to Basil Clinton Trosper and Ara Bell Shearer Trosper. She married Jim Clark Jr. on Oct. 20, 1934, in Perryton. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home. Mr. Garza was born March 13, 1947, in Weslaco to Gregory Garza and Mary Rodriguez Garza. He married Mary Garza on Aug. 5, 1978, in Shamrock. Survivors include his wife; a son, Simon R. Garza Jr. of Texola; five daughters, Lois Hurst of Wichita Falls, Lori Crawford of Garrison, Nichole Allen of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Eva Garza and Rachel Lucero, both of Shamrock; four brothers, George Garza of Shamrock, Noe Garza of San Antonio, Saul Garza of Childress and Soel Garza of Fort Worth; three sisters, Dora Medrano of Elsa and Amelia Ramos and Carmen Nevarez, both of Graham; and 16 grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Rick Musick officiating. Arrangements are by Hughs Funeral Home. Ms. Heh was born Oct. 18, 1947, in Altus, Okla., to Wendell Cleveland and the late Reva Crabb Cleveland. She graduated from Memphis High School in 1965. Ms. Heh graduated from West Texas State University in 1970 and taught for two years in Muleshoe. She returned to Memphis in 1982, teaching grades six through eight at the junior high. In 1984, she began teaching grades four and five at Austin Elementary, where she worked until the time of her death. Ms. Heh was a superb teacher, and her students were the apple of her eye. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister and daughter. She was preceded in death by her mother on Aug. 22, 2004. Survivors include her father of Memphis; two sons, John Heh of Levelland and Daniel Heh of Dallas; a sister, Sherri Smith and husband, Sandy, of Lakeview; a grandson, Nathan Byron Heh; and several nieces and nephews. The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Henson was born July 2, 1932, in Coalgate, Okla., the daughter of Frank and Ada Blevins. She married J.D. Henson on July 30, 1948, in McAlester. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Deborah Fisher of Quanah and Judy Trammell of Denton; two sisters, Bonnie Key of McAlester and Jewel Stone of Lava Hotsprings, Idaho; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Gililland-Watson Funeral Home Rose Chapel. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery. Mrs. Posey was born Jan. 13, 1907, in Castro County and moved to Hereford in 1917. In 1947 Mrs. Posey became deputy county clerk of Deaf Smith County and became district clerk when that post was created in 1953. Survivors include 14 nieces and nephews. During his banking career, he was on the board of directors of both the First National and Norwest Bank in Tucumcari. Mr. Bright was born in Pampa, Texas, to Charles Arlington Bright and Nina Grace Schackleford Bright. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a resident of Fairview Heights for 15 years before moving to Belleville in 2003. He was employed at Chic Filet at St. Clair Square Mall in Fairview Heights. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Charles Nelson Bright.
