Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in River of Life Fellowship Church with Billy Wheeler, pastor, and the Rev. Larry Richardson, pastor of Palisades Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Mr. Bull was born in Canyon and raised in Amarillo. He lived most of his life in Amarillo. He was a surveyor. He was a loving dad, son and brother and will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Avery Copeland. Rex Nicholl, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Garcia was born Jan. 31, 1954, in Amarillo to Raymond and Maryann Garcia. He was a graduate of Caprock High School. Mr. Garcia belonged to Knights of Columbus and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. He was owner/operator of a restaurant. Mr. Garcia married Helen Carrasco on July 12, 1980, in Amarillo. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Angela Garcia and Sonja Garcia, both of Amarillo; his mother of Hereford; his father of DeQueen, Ark.; seven sisters, Ramona Garcia Gomez of Phoenix, Cindy Castro and Joanne G. Flores, both of Amarillo, Liz G. Georgia St. Mrs. Oliver was born April 22, 1920, to Arthur Sylvester and Florence Mandy Jones in Phoenix. She married Edwin Oliver on April 20, 1938. Mrs. Oliver moved to Amarillo from the Albuquerque, N.M., area 14 years ago. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and her rocks. She loved to write poetry. She enjoyed volunteer work and serving the Lord. Mrs. Oliver was a member of St. Luke Presbyterian Church and Leslie Pray Bible study class. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters; and a brother. Mrs. Van Deusen was born May 22, 1935, in Randall County to William Thomas and Gretel Smith. She married Kenneth Van Deusen in 1954 and they made Amarillo their home. She was a loving wife and mother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a homemaker for most of her life, but she also worked in real estate sales and for AT&T. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband; a son, Kevin and wife, Kathy, of Lubbock; a grandson, Christopher Van Deusen of Lubbock; a granddaughter, Kelli Van Deusen of Lubbock; a brother-in-law, Don Van Deusen and wife, Fern, of Tucson, Ariz.; a stepsister, Edna Mitchel of Oklahoma City; an aunt and uncle, Wiley and Francis Alexander of Amarillo; and two cousins, Cherry Peach and James Peach, both of Hereford. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Littlefield Memorial Park in Littlefield by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Buford was born June 28, 1909, at Mt. Calm, the daughter of Joseph and Adella Brown. She was a homemaker and married Claudie Rosson on Jan. 2, 1929, in Winters. He preceded her in death on Feb. 7, 1973. She married Conner Buford in 1980 at Muleshoe. He preceded her in death on Oct. 11, 1991. She was preceded in death by both husbands; and a daughter, Ellen Wade. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Hansford was born Nov. 7, 1948, in Dumas. She grew up in Pringle and was a graduate of Stinnett High School. She was a Dumas resident since 1972. She was a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church in Amarillo since 1980. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi since 1966. She was a homemaker. She married Gearld Lee Bentley on June 30, 1966. She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 3, 1971. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Panhandle Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers of Panhandle. Mr. Henry was born in Center, Okla., and graduated from Amarillo High School in 1947. He then graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and earned his master's from the University of Oklahoma. Bob spent the next 37 years coaching, teaching and being a principal in Carnegie, Okla., Clovis, N.M., Plainview and Carlsbad, N.M. He retired from Portales, N.M. He was inducted into the Southwestern Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame in 1990. He was a member of Paramount Baptist Church. Survivors include three daughters, Brenda Sherwood and husband, Scott, of Panhandle, Kathy Meier and husband, Gene, of Weatherford, Okla., and Susan Huckleberry of Seminole, Okla.; a brother, Bill Henry and wife, Lois, of Hurst; two sisters, Rosie Bennett of Seminole and Johnnie Grove of Shawnee, Okla.; nine grandchildren, Brock, Austin, Cho, J.D., Kristy, Crystal, Justin, Cole and Reed; and seven great-grandchildren.
