Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Davenport, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mrs. George, beloved mother, devoted grandmother and wife, was born Aug. 31, 1942, in Cee Vee. She grew up in the Childress and Turkey area and attended schools in Turkey. She married Ronnie George on May 28, 1960, in Turkey. They lived in Tulia since 1974. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. She had been very active in the progressive Study Club in Tulia. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Michelle Durham and husband, Benny, of Kress; a son, Jeff George and wife, Shavonne, of Tulia; a brother, Gordon Rothwell of Plainview; and four loving grandchildren, Lacey Durham Quebe and Weston Durham, both of Lubbock, and Brennen George and Gentry George, both of Tulia. Private graveside services were Friday in West Park Cemetery. Arrangements were by Rix Funeral Directors. Mr. Cruse was born April 30, 1951, in Friona to Royal Glen and Era Virginia Benson Cruse. He married Stella Michelle Montoya. Survivors include his wife; and a son, Eric Vincent Cruse of Hereford. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Robert Lee Brown PAMPA - Robert Lee Brown, 80, died Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. I.L. Patrick, pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Brown had been a resident of Pampa for the past 25 years. He was self- employed and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, T. Etta; nine sons, Robert Lee Brown Jr. and Vernon Lee Brown, both of Phoenix, Curtis Brown, Robert Joe Brown and L. S. Jackson, all of Pampa, Darry Brown of Boswell, Okla., Billy Jean Brown of Tyler, Paul Brown of Dallas and Fedrick Brown of Tulia; six daughters, Elaine Ware and Valen Brown, both of Boswell, Lela Davis of Albuquerque, N.M., Selina Richardson of Lawton, Okla., and Yvette Brown and Teresa Brown, both of Pampa; a sister, Anis Brown of Oklahoma City; 62 grandchildren; and 44 great- grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Francisco Rodriguez HEREFORD - Francisco Rodriguez, 65, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005. No services are scheduled. Arrangements are by Rix Funeral Directors. Mr. Rodriguez was born Oct. 4, 1939, in Rocksprings to Reymundo and Julia Grimaldo Rodriguez. He married Olga Ortiz on Aug. 28, 1965, in Hereford. Survivors include his wife; five sons, Jose Maria Rodriguez of Dallas, Frank Rodriguez and Mark Rodriguez, both of Raymondsville, and Luis Alberto Fernandez and Reymundo Rodriguez, both of Hereford; two daughters, Esmeralda Rodriguez and Rosie Rodriguez, both of Hereford; a brother, Augustine Rodriguez of Hereford; two sisters, Anita Rodriguez and Juanita Rodriguez, both of Hereford; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Canyon Randy Smith Randy Smith, 47, of Canyon died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2005. Mr. Smith was born July 10, 1958, in Kingsville to Robert and Juanita Durivage Smith. He graduated from Aransas High School in 1976 and then graduated from Texas A&M in 1982 with a BS in agronomy. He married Tonya Deisher in Plainview on July 27, 1985. He was area sales manager for Pioneer Hi-Bred Intl. and was a member of First Baptist Church of Canyon. He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Smith; a brother, Ricky Smith; and his grandparents, Pat Durivage and Fain and Estelle Smith. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Kelsey Smith of Canyon; a son, Robert Colton Smith of Canyon; his parents, Bob abd Linda Smith of Aransas Pass; a brother, Rusty Smith and wife, Debra, of Huntsville; a stepbrother, Scott Kaspar of Austin; his grandmother, Ruth Durivage of Lyford; his mother-in-law, Joan Deisher of Plainview; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Scott and Lisa Horne of Plainview; and a niece, Lindsey Horne of College Station. Survivors include her husband, Tommy; two sons, Danny Palmer and David Murphy, both of Clovis; a daughter, Diane Cooper of Layton, Utah; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Billie Tay of Alma, Texas, Peggy Armstrong of Beaumont, Texas, and Barbara Martin of Clovis. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sarah Jo Egerton CLOVIS, N.M. - Sarah Jo Egerton, 60, died Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2005. Mrs. Egerton was born Aug. 25, 1944, in Fort Sumner. She married Jack Egerton on April 14, 1967, in Amarillo, Texas. Survivors include her husband, Jack; a daughter, Suzanne Lonsinger of Apple Valley, Calif.; two sons, Cecil Egerton of Clovis and Jack Egerton Jr. of Pampa, Texas; a sister, Marilyn Clark of Clovis; a brother, Kenneth Trinkle of Newport News, Va.; and five grandchildren. "Bill" Miller Jr., 87, died Thursday, August 18, 2005. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Wheeler Mortuary Chapel with David Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Portales Cemetery. Mr. Miller was born Nov. 1, 1917, in Taiban. He was a charter member of both the Portales Conestoga Sams and the Family Camping Club of Amarillo. Survivors include his wife, Bettie; a son, Bud Miller of Portales; a stepson, Richard Baldridge of Grady; a daughter, Margaret Brake of Hastings, Okla.; two stepdaughters, Dianne Davis of Clovis and Debra Bilberry of Los Alamos; six grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a stepgreat- grandchild; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Margaret Ann Wilson CLOVIS, N.M. - Margaret Ann Wilson, 81, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today in Muffley Funeral Home Chapel with Furgus Tunnell, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Mrs. Wilson was born Feb. 15, 1924, in Clovis. She married Leo Wilson on Dec. 4, 1941, in Smackover County, Union, Ark. Survivors include two sons, Butch Wilson of Clovis and Leslie Wilson of Ulysses, Neb.; a stepson, T.J.
