Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Luke United Methodist Church in Huntsville with the Rev. Mary L. Shotlow, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Harper Cemetery in Huntsville by Williams & Sons Funeral Home of Huntsville. Mrs. Holt was born Sept. 29, 1912, in Walker County. She was a member of the Eastern Star and St. Luke Methodist Church in Huntsville. Survivors include a daughter, Bettie Dacus of Pampa; a son, Alex Holt of Houston; and five grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, TX 79065. Amarillo Globe-News, Nov. 15 2005 Carroll Koch QUANAH - Carroll Koch, 93, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005. Private burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park with the Rev. Bud Kidwell, minister of First United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Koch was born May 8, 1912, in Lubbock to Mr. and Mrs. O'Dell. She married John Anton Koch and retired as publisher of the Quanah Tribune Chief. Survivors include a daughter, Carol Margaret Allen of Fort Worth; a son, Fred Koch of Quanah; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amarillo Jerry Norrod Jerry Norrod, 65, of Amarillo died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005. Memorial services will be at 5:30 p.m. today in St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Antony Punnackal, CMI, officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mr. Norrod was a pilot, boat captain, astronomer, marksman, salesman and business owner who lived for "The Deal." He loved children, nature, playing the piano, practical jokes, war movies and history. Jerry also opened and owned the Cinema 4 Theater in Pampa. Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Norrod Tinney of Austin; two sons, Steve Norrod and Paul Norrod, both of Austin; a sister, Gail Kinnamon and husband, John, of Corpus Christi; nine grandchildren; and two nephews. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eunice "Pinkey" Moore Eunice "Pinkey" Moore, 86, of Amarillo died Monday, Nov. 14, 2005. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by N.S. Griggs & Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd. Mrs. Moore was born July 22, 1919, in Scottsbluff, Neb. She moved to Amarillo in 1929. She was preceded in death by a son, Frankie Gordon Clayton; and a grandson, Charles Allen Baxter. The family would like to thank the caregivers for the care they have given her the past years. Survivors include a son, Larry Baxter of Amarillo; two daughters, Becky Salazar and Betha Hudson and husband, Leonard, all of Amarillo; a sister, Fern Holik of Konawa, Okla.; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Canyon Ruby Lee O'Hair Banister CANYON - Ruby Lee O'Hair Banister, 93, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Plainview Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Clark Williams, pastor of First United Methodist Church of Canyon, officiating. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Directors of Canyon. Ruby, the oldest of eight children, was born Dec. 13, 1911, in Capitan, N.M., to Lanham and Clara O'Hair. She moved to Canyon from Plainview in 1987, and transferred her membership to First United Methodist Church of Canyon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Banister, in 1961; two brothers, Claud and Jack O'Hair; and two sisters, Nora Cothern and Helen Payne. Survivors include two daughters, Jerry Woods and husband, Bennie, of Canyon and Joy Johnson and husband, Waylon, of Plainview; three sisters, Kay Collier of Bakersfield, Calif., Ann Stull and Nita Birkholz, both of Las Cruces, N.M.; five grandchildren, Sandra Brown and husband, Donnie, of Boys Ranch, Randy Woods and wife, Carolyn, of Baton Rouge, La., Debbie Hearn and husband, Rod, of Plainview, Eddie Johnson and wife, Tina, of Gainesville and Jennie Patridge of Lubbock; two great-grandchildren; a special cousin, Dora Mae Brown, of Pampa; many nieces, including Lana Barnett and June Thompson, both of Tulia, and Marlene Penn of Deming, N.M.; and many nephews. The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Mexico Alfred Robert Perry Jr. CLOVIS, N.M. - Alfred Robert Perry Jr., 67, died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens with Bryan Phillips officiating. Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis. Mr. Perry was born March 11, 1938, to Alfred Robert and Nora Lalley Perry in San Francisco. He married Stella Cole on March 8, 1993, in Hollister, Calif. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Jennifer Bernstein and Laura Shatzel, both of Bend, Ore.; a son, Don Hopingardner of Clovis; two brothers, Ralph Sullivan of San Francisco and Ronnie Sullivan of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
