Services will be at 1 p.m. today in Paramount Terrace Christian Church with Roy Wheeler of Paramount Terrace Christian Church officiating. There will be a private family burial. Arrangements are by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Home, 5400 S. Bell St. Gene Hollingsworth was born Oct. 9, 1934, in Claude to Charles and Lucille Hollingsworth. He married Lovella Patton in August 1972 in Amarillo. He retired from Allstate after 27 years. He was a member of Tascosa Country Club and was a very avid golfer. He was also a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church for many years. He was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Lovella Hollingsworth of Amarillo; three daughters, Beverly Altsman and husband Jim and Katrina Manning and husband Clint, all of Amarillo, and Susan Sandel and husband Dave of Midland; three sons, Bill Hollingsworth and wife Sylvia of San Marcos, Keith Totty of Garland and Kevin Totty and wife Lilly of Amarillo; two brothers, Charles Hollingsworth and wife Willa of Abilene and Bennie Hollingsworth and wife Rhonda of Jasper; 10 grandchildren, Chris Altsman and wife Stacy, Sean Sandel, Sara Sandel, Ryan Manning, Blake Manning, Kyle Hollingsworth, Jamie Hollingsworth, Chase Hollingsworth, Klayton Totty and Karmyn Totty; two great- grandchildren, Kaden Hollingsworth and Kinsley Robles; and numerous other family and friends. Military Honors will be by DAV Chapter No. 26. Burial will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. Ken was born Nov. 21, 1938, in Augusta, Wis. He served in the military for 20 years, and was a Vietnam veteran. He retired in 1978. He had also worked for Union Pacific Railroad, and retired from there in 1996. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Elenora Livermore of Beloit, Wis. Frosch, 62, died Wednesday, March 1, 2006, in Guymon. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum in Amarillo, Texas, with the Rev. Sam Hedrick officiating. Arrangements are by Roberts Brothers Funeral Home of Hooker. George was born Jan. 8, 1944, in Amarillo, the son of George G. and Jean Stambaugh Frosch. This is where he attended school and graduated from Tascosa High School. After school he played for the Amarillo minor league baseball team until a knee injury shortened his baseball career, but did not stop his lifelong love for sports. Those who knew him well knew of his love for the University of Texas. On Dec. 3, 1966, in Amarillo, he was united in marriage to Kay Douglas. He worked as a welder his entire life. In 1977 they moved to New Orleans, where he worked for Dickson Welding, first as a foreman, then supervisor and he ended his career as an engineer. In 2004 they moved to Hooker, where he worked as a shop foreman with Earth Tech. George coached his sons in numerous sports and was a referee and umpire in football and baseball. He was a member of the Coaching of New Orleans Association. He never lost his love for the Dallas Cowboys. He was preceded in death by his parents.
