Barnes PERRYTON - Joseph A. Barnes, 35, died Thursday, June 1, 2006. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery. Mr. Barnes was born April 2, 1971, in Newton County, Mass. He married Kristi Smith on Nov. 25, 1991, in Perryton. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Samantha Jo Barnes of Perryton; his parents, George and Leslie Barnes; a sister, Cheryl McAndrews; and two brothers, George Barnes Jr. and James Barnes. The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity. Amarillo Globe-News, June 3, 2006 New Mexico Roma "Jean" Royse CLOVIS, N.M. - Roma "Jean" Royse, 75, died Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Salguero officiating. Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home. Mrs. Royse was born June 27, 1930, to Beauford A. and Eva Butler Bailey in North Hollywood, Calif. She married William J. Royse on April 8, 1950, in San Fernando Valley, Calif. Survivors include three daughters, Vickie McCormick of Clovis, Pat Gallus of Whitby Island, Wash., and Debbie Brown of Lebanon, Ore.; seven grandchildren; and a brother, Bud Bailey of Chicago. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. today in Beaver First Baptist Church with David Glascock officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento, Ill. Arrangements are by Clark Funeral Service. Mrs. McManaway was born Sept. 12, 1922, in Sorento to Jim and Grace Bell Coatney Reed. She married Frank McManaway in 1942 in Madison, Ill. Survivors include four sons, Ralph McManaway of Beaver, David McManaway of Michigan, James Scott Hahn of Springfield, Mo., and Chester McManaway of Illinois; six daughters, Ruth French and Betty McManaway, both of Beaver, Mary Joannpeter of Pilot Knob, Mo., Blanche "Sue" McBride of Granite City, Ill., and Lois McManaway and Doris McManaway, both of Illinois; 21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
