Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Llano Cemetery in Amarillo with John Thompson officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch. Mr. Auldridge was a truck driver by trade. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha; and two brothers, Otis and James. Survivors include a son, Tracy; three daughters, Lisa, Christi and Crystal; three stepdaughters, Jennifer, Mary and Martha; two sisters, Virgie Hunt of Borger and Bonnie Lindsay of Amarillo; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Hansford Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman. Mrs. West was born Nov. 22, 1914, in Kirby, Ark. She married Arlie West in 1942, and he preceded her in death in 1993. She graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma Teachers College and taught school in Tillman County, Okla., Borger and Spearman. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Happy Cemetery in Happy with the Rev. Paul Burwash, pastor of First Baptist Church of Happy, officiating. Arrangements are by Brooks Funeral Directors. Joie McManigal Brown was born July 5, 1913, to M.B. and Maggie Leucks McManigal in Randall County. She resided in Happy before moving to Tulia where she was a 45-year resident. Joie taught school in Tulia for 41 years. She was a ham radio operator and also had her real estate license. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Tulia. Survivors include three sisters, Margaret McCutchan of Eufaula, Okla., Kathleen Thornton of Lockney and Betty Rahlfs of Happy. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Plum Creek Fellowship with Randall Ator, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery by Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Janean met James, was married in Las Vegas, moved to Springfield, Mo., and finished her education majoring in accounting. She loved her family, working with numbers, children and basketball and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. She was a people person and was always someone you could turn to if you had problems. Janean is going to be greatly missed by her family and friends in Amarillo and Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Wilson; her stepfather, Bill Kester; and two nephews, Justin Casey and TJ Upton. Survivors include her husband, James of Springfield, Mo.; her mother, Claire Kester; two sisters, Judy Phelps of Amarillo and Jackie Upton of Memphis; grandparents, Don and Sandy Eidelmiller and Beverly Downum and Richard Robinson; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and cousins. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Polk Street United Methodist Church Chapel with the Rev. Cletus Beights officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery by Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Mr. Marquis was born Nov. 13, 1956, in Abilene and lived in Amarillo most of his life. He was a 1975 graduate of Tascosa High School where he excelled in track and played the violin in the orchestra. He also sang with the Tascosa High School Freedom Singers. He attended Amarillo College. He married Jim Ann Ziegler in 1983 in Amarillo. He was a graphic arts technician and worked for Affiliated Foods in their print shop before going to work for Dixon Paper Co., which became Xpedx. He moved with the company to Littleton, Colo., in 1998 and returned to Amarillo in 2002. He was a drummer for many years playing with the Amatones. He loved the outdoors, snow skiing and music. He grew up in Polk Street United Methodist Church and was a member of Littleton United Methodist Church in Littleton. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Marquis; and by an infant sister, Dorothy Marquis. Survivors include his wife, Jim Ann Marquis of Littleton; a son, Landon Marquis of Littleton; his mother, Ruby Marquis of Amarillo; a sister, Kay Berg and husband Ken of Flower Mound; two sisters-in-law, Katrina Gordon of Hurst and Jae Jalbert of Phoenix; two nieces; and two nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel, 4100 S. Georgia St., with the Rev. Roy Wheeler of Paramount Terrace Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. Mr. Lee was born in Dallas, and graduated from Adams High School. In 1942, he married Polly White in Dallas. Mr. Lee was a staff sergeant in the Air Force during World War II, serving as a gunner and photographer. He was a member of Paramount Terrace Christian Church and a longtime member of the Ad Club, where he received The Silver Medal Award. He was a trombone player. He was a member of the Airstream RV Club, and was an avid bird watcher. He loved spending time in Ruidoso, N.M., and Cloudcroft, N.M. Mr. Lee admired his grandchildren and great-grandchild greatly. Survivors include his wife, Polly Lee of Amarillo; two sons, Mike Lee and wife Melody of McGregor and Randy Lee and wife Rita of Waco; a brother, Charles Robert Lee Sr. and wife Dorlis of Dallas; three grandhildren, Scott, Jennifer and Kyndel; a great-grandchild, Chloe; and his beloved Yorkshire terrier, Tucker. A celebration of Wade's life will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at 3404 Lynette Drive. All who wish to share their memories of Wade are invited to attend. Wade was born July 28, 1971, in Amarillo. He was truly a gift from God. He brought so much joy into our lives. He had a heart as big as Texas. He loved everyone and was always there for anyone who needed anything. He had such a kind spirit. He loved riding motorcycles with his granddaddy, camping out, being in the mountains and anything else the world had to offer. Rest well my precious son, you are at peace now. You were and forever will be loved and missed. He was preceded in death by his granddaddy, J.R. Horne, whom he loved tremendously.
