Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church with Daryl Roach, pastor of More Church, officiating. Burial will be in Llano East Cemetery by Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Glenn was born Nov. 21, 1957, in Ardmore, Okla., to Gwindle "Bud" and Pat Chamberlain, and they moved to Amarillo when he was 1. He attended Oakdale Elementary, Bowie Junior High and then graduated from Caprock High School in 1976, where he was involved in band and played the French horn. Glenn received the Lord as his Savior at the age of 9 at High Plains Baptist Church Camp. He married Lynette Bonney on May 7, 1976, in Amarillo. He attended Amarillo College while working as a camera salesman for J.C. Penney. He also worked as a manager for Burger King for nine years and was employed by Jackson Supply Co. as a sanitary supply salesman for many years prior to his illness. He loved photography and many varieties of music. He had been involved with Prison Fellowship Ministries, was actively involved in church ministry and loved the Lord passionately with all his heart. Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Lynette; a son, Matt Chamberlain and wife Niki of Amarillo; a daughter, Elizabeth Chamberlain; his parents, Gwindle "Bud" and Pat Chamberlain of Stillwater, Okla.; a brother, Dennis Chamberlain and wife Lynne of Oklahoma City; a sister, Becky Blessen and husband Doug of Stillwater; and 10 nieces and nephews. Coy Wylie, pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church of Amarillo, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa. Mrs. Ely was born June 14, 1912, in Caddo, Okla. She married Reggie DeHay on Oct. 12, 1955, in Hobbs, N. M. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1984. She later married Mike Ely on Feb. 20, 1988, in Pampa. He preceded her in death on Oct. 28, 2000. She had been a resident of Pampa from 1971 until moving to Amarillo in September 2003. She was a former member of Hobart Baptist Church in Pampa and was a current member of Arden Road Baptist Church in Amarillo. She taught Sunday school classes for 40 years in Pampa and in Hobbs. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and five half brothers. Survivors include a brother-in-law, Don DeHay and family of Amarillo; a stepdaughter, Norma Hensley and family of Pampa; a stepson: Charles Ely and family of Pampa; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Mrs. Holland was born April 27, 1926, in Springer, N.M. She and her family moved to Dalhart when she was 10 years old and later moved to Amarillo when she was a teenager. She was a 1942 graduate of Amarillo High School. She married Cecil L. Holland on Oct. 23, 1943, in Amarillo. Together they founded Admiral Linen Service in the 1940s and also owned and operated The Crossroads Restaurant in downtown Amarillo during the late 1950s. She was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church. Mrs. Holland was an avid golfer and was a founding member of the Tascosa Country Club. She loved horses and was also an excellent pianist who loved to share her talents, both at church and at Faith City Mission. She was an artist at sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her twin sisters, Vesta Jean and Velma Lea Gooden. Survivors include two sons, Richard Van Holland and wife Anna of Waco and Kelly Dee Holland of Amarillo; two daughters, Cathy Galloway and Cherie Francies and husband John M. She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1939 and from Amarillo Business College. She was a bookkeeper and worked for M&L Transfer Co. for many years and also for Lewis Picture Frames. She married Herbert E. Lewis in 1944 and loved her family. She was a peacemaker and the glue that held them together. She was a quiet person, loved by all who knew her. She liked reading, bird watching, crossword and jigsaw puzzles and a little dog named Pea. She won awards at the state fair for her cross-stitch - blue ribbons and "Best of Show." She was preceded in death by her mother, Blanche Baldwin; two sisters, Vivian Baldwin and Hope Halley; a brother, Ray Baldwin; and two daughters, Linda and Donna Lewis.
