Mr. Carnahan was born April 8, 1944, in Mariemont, Ohio. He moved to Amarillo in 1970 from California. He served in the Navy in Vietnam. He worked for the U.S. Postal Service for more than 20 years. Mr. Carnahan married Mary Kemp in 1971 in Amarillo. He loved fishing and camping and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Michael was the proud father of Ayden Dean "the dudie" by his loving wife, Erica. He was also a caring father of his extended family, Cory, Lorraine, Sheena, Shay, Faith, Veronica, Alysha and Santana. His best buddy in the world was Cousin Jay. He went to meet in heaven his Dad, Dean. She also worked for Newell's Mfg. and as a nurse's aide. Lucinda was a member of the Catholic church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest LeBlanc; her second husband, Leon LaRue; two daughters, Beverly King and Jean Limoges; and a grandson, Brian Limoges. Templeton on Feb. 1, 1943, in Wellington. He died in 2000. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a former member of the 1954 Study Club. She was also preceded in death by a son, Pat Neff Templeton in 1958; and two sisters, Billye Castleberry and Mae Hutchins. He was a junior at Dumas High School and a member of Bible Baptist Church and Crossroads youth group. His hobbies were four-wheelers, hunting, fishing, football, golf, track, wrestling and baseball. Trenton's dream was to fly a medical helicopter. Effie was born June 26, 1916, on a ranch near Centerville, N.M. After high school graduation in 1934, she moved to Amarillo to attend business college, where she met and married Z.G. Weaver in 1936. She was a resident of Amarillo until 2003, when she moved to a skilled nursing facility in Houston to be near her son, his wife, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. During her 69-year residency in Amarillo, she was a member of Buchanan Street Baptist Church, joining First Baptist Church in 1962, where her membership remained until her death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Z.G. Weaver, in 1997. Survivors include a son, Ron Weaver and wife Linda; four grandchildren, Leanne VanDover and husband Rick, Doug Weaver and wife Allison, Lori Hanagriff and husband Richard and Leslie Moritz and husband Craig; and six great- grandchildren, Evin and Tara VanDover, Ryan and Lindsey Moritz and Zach and Zoe Weaver.
