Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Pete married Phyllis Zachary in 1995 in Amarillo. He was a loving husband, dad, friend, brother and grandpa. He was a hard worker and enjoyed working in his yard. He could make anything grow. He worked for Llano Cemetery for 25 years and he retired in 1995. He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Los Compadres. He will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Monica Bitela; two brothers, Victor and Martinsito Bitela; and a sister, Nora Mireles. On June 9, 1961, she married Otho Walker. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Daniel was born Aug. 11, 1927, in Holland, Texas, to Frank E. and Millie Fuller. She married Reginald N. Daniel on April 20, 1946, in Amarillo. Mrs. Daniel worked as a bookkeeper for Owens Furniture and Amarillo Hardware. The love she had for her family encompassed her every waking moment. She eagerly organized the family reunions, made the "world's best milkshakes" for her two grandchildren and doted on her beloved husband of more than 60 years. Her family will remember her always as a strong woman of God, and as a precious wife, mother and Mema. She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. Mr. Keesling was born May 2, 1924, in Reno County, Kan. He married Clarene Louise Smith on July 24, 1943, in Los Angeles. Burial will be in Hart Cemetery by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home of Plainview. Marsha Claudette Hutcherson George, beloved mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, departed this life on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at the age of 68. She was born Jan. 13, 1938, in Plainview, attended Hart Elementary, graduated from Plainview High School and attended Wayland Baptist College. On Jan. 23, 1956, Marsha married Jack Travis George of Kress and they raised four children on the family farm in Hart. They later divorced, but continued to love and support their children and grandchildren. Marsha was a longtime family sponsor, avid fan and booster of the Hutcherson Flying Queens of Wayland Baptist University. Marsha attended every home game and coordinated the Queens Court Hospitality Room until about five years ago when health problems arose. She was twice honored as the recipient of the Roy C. McClung Service Award. Marsha was an integral part of the Hart ISD school system for 21 years, working as a teacher's aide in elementary and later serving as high school librarian for 10 years. She was actively involved serving as cheerleading sponsor, student council sponsor and UIL coach and coordinator. Marsha was sorely missed by students and faculty when she was forced to resign in 1996 due to health reasons. Marsha served as vice-president of Hutcherson Air Service, Inc., and was involved in family farming, ranching and real estate. Marsha was proud to be a longtime resident of Hart and was active in the community for 50 years. Marsha was a devout Catholic and member of St. Alice Catholic Church of Plainview. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Hutcherson and Billie Elkins Bradshaw; and two sons, Danny Dean George of Glenwood, N.M., and Kerry Kim George of Hart. Survivors inlcude her mother and stepfather, Wilda and Harley Redin of Plainview; a son, Barry George and wife Rhonda of Hart, and their children, TR, Christopher, Kellie O'Connor and great-grandson, Jackson George; a daughter, Cynthia Gerber and husband Gregg of Nazareth and their children, Mackenzie, Troy, Jake and Harley; a daughter-in-law, Sally George of Wichita Falls and children, Lindsay and Kendall; a brother, Mike Hutcherson of Lubbock; and a sister, Tina Howard of Longview. Mr. Ringo was born Feb. 26, 1935, in Dallam County to Arch and Doris Stutsman Ringo. Raised in Dalhart, he graduated from Dalhart High School in 1952 and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. On April 28, 1962, he married Pauline Ortega. Mr. Ringo ran a service station, retired from the Coca-Cola Bottling Company and in 1998 he retired from Dallam County, where he did the maintenance at the Dallam County Courthouse. Charles loved his wife and kids and adored his grandkids and great-grandkids. He was employed by Paragon Furniture Inc. of Arlington, and his career included employment at Southwestern Public Service Co., Glidden Paint, Buddy Schoelkolph Products, Dallas Manufacturing and Brinkman Corp. A Vietnam veteran, Jerry served in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents, Weldon C. Lane and Bernice B.
