Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Trinity Fellowship with Larry Miles, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St. Mr. Delgado attended Amarillo High School and graduated from Richard Milburn Academy in 2002. This hard-working young man was a manager and delivery driver for Pizza Hut. He had sponsored a Bangladesh child, Sewly Khan, through World Vision since he was 17. Michael was generous and kindhearted, always protecting those who were often bullied by others. He was a fan of the New Orleans Saints and Ford Mustangs. He loved fishing, shooting pool and playing soccer. Survivors include his mother, Shanda Ratliff and husband Kenneth; his father, Joe Mario Delgado; a stepbrother, Kalob Ratliff; a sister, Jennifer Glenn and husband Rusty; grandmothers, Valera Williams and Ida Sosa Delgado; uncles, Ronald and Lecil Williams and Tony, Danny and Albert Delgado; and aunt, Cecelia Kerr. She grew up in Martin, Mich., and attended Martin High School. She moved to Amarillo with her family in 1973 at the age of 18. She married Marvin Sprouse in Amarillo on May 16, 1975. She was a volunteer for Catholic Family Services and Tyler Resource Center for many years. She had a servant's heart and was a caring, giving and loving person. She opened her heart and her home to her nieces, Susie, Joyce and Agnes and her nephew, Jr. and was a mother to all of them. She loved to collect porcelain dolls. She lived to serve others and was loved by all who knew her. Survivors include her husband; a brother, Marvin Rasnake and wife Cathy of Maiden, N.C.; two sisters, Sharon Hoard and husband Gary of Bushland and Cathy Snow and fiance Robert Bailey of Amarillo; and many loving nieces and nephews. Mr. Pool was born Sept. 5, 1920, in Groom to Jinks and Thelma Mae Slay Pool. He was employed by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission in Indian Springs, Nev., from 1950 to 1984 when he retired. He married Gaynelle McElroy on Sept. 4, 1994, in Groom. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II, was a Master Mason and a member of the Masonic Lodge and had been a member of the First Baptist Church in Groom since 1933. He was preceded in death by a son, Max Pool; and a granddaughter. He attended high school in Friona and graduated in 1957. Mr. McMahan married Virginia Morris on Oct. 29, 1979, in Edmonson. He was currently the minister at Canyon United Methodist Church. Previously he ministered at churches in Loraine, Colorado City, Turkey and Quitaque. He also farmed, ran cattle, was an avid horseman and a certified farrier. Mr. McMahan was the founding member of the Western Washington Paint Horse Association.
