She married Norman Ashley on July 7, 1990, and he preceded her in death on April 4, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her father, Raymond Tipton. Mr. Villagran was born Dec. 29, 1945, in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Salvador and Evelia Villagran. He was the owner/operator of a restaurant in Amarillo. He married Margarita Hernandez on Oct. 13, 1972. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Salvador Villagran and wife Amber of Colorado, Alejandro Villagran of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Jorge Villagran of Amarillo; and a granddaughter, Sierra Villagran. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Pampa by Cox-LaGrone Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive. Christine was born Nov. 16, 1939, in Chattanooga, Tenn. She later moved to Tyler where she married Maurice Cotter on Aug. 7, 1959. Together they lived in California for 13 years, and moved to Amarillo in 1972. She worked for IBP until her retirement, and later returned to Tyson Foods to work in security. Her family was an important part of her life. She enjoyed attending church, and going out to eat with her grandchildren afterward. Her unfailing faith, and her strong-willed heart is what made her the special person she was. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, whose sunset was in 1986. Bernadine was born March 22, 1927, in Kearney, Neb., where she was raised. It was there that she married the love of her life, Robert M. Wyatt, on Sept. 15, 1945. Her joy was her family, and she enjoyed caring for them in every way possible. She was an extremely strong woman, and always knew that God held her in his arms. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Robert Del Wyatt; two sisters, Alice Prewitt and Harriet Brandt; and a brother, Don Landis. She graduated from high school in Stillwater, Okla., and received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Oklahoma State University. In 1953 she married William T. "Bill" Jones in Stillwater. For 34 years she enjoyed teaching elementary children in Kansas, Oklahoma and Dumas, retiring in 1985. She had been a resident of Dumas since 1963 and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She served on the administrative board and held offices in the Fidelis Class. With the assistance of the local church she and Bill established a permanent endowment fund to benefit students furthering their education. She was a life member of Texas State Teachers' Association and Dumas Classroom Teachers' Association. Survivors include her husband, William T. Hazel Bryan Wright, 92, died May 12, 2007, at her home in Harlingen, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born April 12, 1915, in what is now known as Bryan's Corner, and spent her early years in Perryton, Texas, with her parents, W. C. and Beulah Bryan, brothers Wesley and Louis and sisters Loucile Shorb and Pauline Fleck, all of whom preceded her in death. She is survived by a sister, Evaline Hinds, of Nebraska. Hazel graduated from Perryton High School with academic honors and attended Oklahoma Panhandle State University, where she met the love of her life, George W. Wright. George and Hazel were married June 23, 1934, in Perryton, and made their home on the family farm near the little town of Optima in the Oklahoma Panhandle, later living in Guymon. Her entire life, love and talents were dedicated to her family and friends. After George's death in 1987, Hazel began spending Winter months with daughter Margaret Fabian, while maintaining her home in Guymon near her son Bryan Wright. In later years as her health failed she gave up her home and became a permanent resident of Harlingen. Hazel was a faithful and dedicated member of Victory Memorial Methodist Church in Guymon. She also attended and supported St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Port Isabel when in Texas. She was a member of the Guymon Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star for more than 70 years. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, George; a grandson, Bryan Lee Wright Jr.; and a great-granddaughter, Aimee Lee Wright. Survivors left to mourn her include a daughter, Margaret Fabian and husband Bill; a son, Bryan Wright and wife Donna; five grandchildren, Robert Christopher Wright of Guymon, Stephanie Hughes and husband John of Topeka, Kan., William Gregory Wright and wife Lisa of Overland Park, Kan., Dr. Carol J.
