Parsons on February 20, 1906 at Reydon, Oklahoma, and departed this life on January 14, 1954 at Seaside Hospital, Long Beach, California from a sudden heart attack. He was reared in the Midway community and graduated from Midway High School with the class of 1925, and attended the Wichita Business College at Wichita, Kansas. He was united in marriage to Freda Lee Roberts January 29, 1931 at Kingfisher and to this union 3 sons were born. They resided in the Midway school district until 1948 when they moved to Bushland, Texas. He is survived by his wife Mrs. W.H. Parsons of Bushland, Texas, three sons, Willis Howard Parson, Jr., Jimmy Lee Parsons, who are serving in the U.S. Navy and Robert Wesley Parsons, and one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jimmy Lee Parsons, Three sisters, Mrs. Clara pride of Reydon, Mrs. Fannie Baker of Duaham, Oklahoma, Mrs. Lula Lillenthal of Los Angeles, California; four brothers, G.B. Parsons of Roswell, N.M., Bill Parsons of Highgrove, California, J.D. Parsons, Reydon, Oklahoma, Lonnie Parsons of Whittler, California, his father and mother and one brother preceded him in death. He was a devoted husband and father and a host of friends. The funeral services were held Monday, January 18, 1954 at, the Reydon community building at 2P.M. with Rev. Charlie Simpson, officiating with interment in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, with the Moore Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The palll bearers were: Kenneth King, Andrew Garver, Mike Woods, Buford Ingerson, Tom Swope and Jesse Bessire. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok
