Louisiana, died yesterday. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with the Rev. David Walker and the Rev. Mack Roye, of the San Jacinto Baptist Church, officiating. Masonic graveside services will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery by Palo Duro Masonic Lodge 1239. Mr. Lemons, born near Greenville, had lived in Amarillo 52 years. He was a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church, was a master Mason and a member of the Palo Duro Masonic Lodge 1239, He was a retired paint contractor, was a lifetime member of Painter Local Union 544 and was a past member of the Amarillo Chapter of Painting, Decorating Contractors of America. Survivors include his wife, Margie Helen; three daughters, Margaret Carver and Wanda Murphy, both of Amarillo, and Cathy Lusby of Canyon; a son, Weldon Lemons of Amarillo; two stepsons, Robert Abbott of Gracemont, Okla., and Wesley Abbott of Oklahoma City: a step-daughter, Norma Grokett of Sherman; two sisters, Mary Ellen O'Neal and Jewel Smith, both of Amarillo; and a brother, Ralph D. Lemons of Amarillo; 19 grand-children, 26 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. The family will be at 835 S. Louisiana. Mrs. Nola Lemons Services for Mrs, Nola Beatrice Lemons will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. The Rev. Len Chavis, of Southwest Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Mrs. Lemons, 68, died Sunday at her home at 835 Louisiana. Mrs. Lemons was born in Fannin County and had been an Amarillo resident since 1925. She was a member of the Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include the widower, Claude R.; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Carver of 100 David Drive, Mrs. Wanda Murphy of 203 Paseo and Mrs. Catherine Sorenson of Canyon; one son, Weldon of 831 S. Louisiana; two sisters, Mrs. Aline Elrod of Madero, Calif., and Mrs. Ola Ivie of Gracemont, Okla.; two brothers, Marvin Abbott and Ellis Abbott of Gracemont, Okla.; 12 gandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
