Compton, ET UX, The State of California } County Of Los Angeles...}Know All men by These Presents: That, We, G.K.Fargo, husband, and wife, of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, to us in hand paid by W.A. Compton, joint tenants, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted, sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey ubto the said W.A. Compton and Luella Compton, joint tenants, of the county of Inyo and State of California, all that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the county of Presidio and state of Texas and more particulary described as follows, to-wit: Lots Thirteen(13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventen (17), and twenty seven(27), block Thirty five (35), Rio Grande Addition, Town of Presidio, out of Survey Twenty-Four (24), Block three Hundred-Fifty one (351), A.T.Finley Grantee, Certificate #1699, Presido County, State of Texas. Map recorded in Vol #44, at page #98 in the Records of Presidio County, at the County seat in Marfa, Texas. NOTE:One-sixteenth of the oil and gas and all other minerals that might be in the above described land are expressly reserved by the State of Texas to the Public free school fund. To Have and To Hold the above described premises, together with all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the said W.A.
