DEATON of (blank) have Granted Bargained Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto the said H.O. DEATON of the County of Rains in the State of Texas all that certain lot tract or parcel of Land described as follows : all that part of the John DEATON survey abstract No. 60 situated in Rains County, Texas about eight miles north of the town of Emory and on the East side of Garrett's Creek and comprehending and including all of said John DEATON survey not heretofore transfered to other parties. And containing one hundred and sixty three acres more or less this deed is intended to includle and convey to H.O. DEATON all of our interest in and to the said survey or any part thereof. Together with all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise incident to appertaining. To have and to hold all and singular the said premises unto the said H.o. DEATON heirs and assigns forever and we hereby bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said H.O. DEATON his heirs and assigns aggainst every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. Witness our hand this 9th day of January A.d. 1889. (Transcribed by Steven A.
