Know Ye That I John Ireland, Governor of Texas to J.T.Fleming of Red River County 
do  appoint him HONORARY COMMISSIONER OF THE WORLD'S INDUSTRIAL CENTENNIAL AND 
COTTON EXPOSITION In the city of New Orleans, Louisiana in December 1884.  I have 
a copy of this given to me by my sister who lives in Oklahoma where  James Titus
