A.H. Splawn and wife, Adele, sold Lots 6 and 7 of Block 4 in Clarksville 
to R.H. Harris and T.E. Harris. Transaction consisted of two promissory 
notes: (1)$1750 due on 1 Feb 1883 and (2) $1500 due on on 1 Dec 1883. 
Sale occurred on 18 Dec 1882; deed was filed on 16 Jan 1883.
