A.H. Splawn paid $1.00 to John H. Bagby, G.Silberburg, L. Silberberg, Tom 
H. Lenox, Mary Lucy Lenox (wife of Tom H. Lenox), A.P. Dick and J.H. Barry 
for their quit claim rights to Lots 6 & 7, in Block 4 in Clarksville.  
The property was described as fronting on Locust Street and running back 
for 66 2/3 feet East.  Property transaction was dated Feb. 26, 1880 but 
was filed on Dec 21, 1882 .

This property was sold on 18 Dec 1882 by A.H. Splawn and his wife, Adele
to R.H. Harris and T.E. Harris. (see 1882 entry)
