A.H. Splawn purchased from James B. Donoho and his wife,
Nellie, the following property:  W 1/2 of Lot #2, Block 8 fronting
25 ft. on Broadway Street, just north of the old public square and
running back 100 feet. At the time of the sale the property was being
used as a store house by Ragin & Hocker.  Purchase price was $6,000
payable in 3 promissory notes of $2,000 each due on 30 August 1887,
30 August 1888, and 30 August 1889.
Sale transaction was filed on 22 Sept 1886.
