A.H. Splawn along with H.G. Gorden, W.P. Cornelius, A.E. McCulloch, R.W. 
Cheatham, and J.M. Mius renounced their rightto require the opening of a 
street immediately west of Blocks 94-115-116, 239, and 238 in the Gordon 
addition of Clarksville.  They set aside and donated a strip of land, 44 
ft. wide, for a public street. Document was filed on 18 Sept 1886.
