Splawn along with H.G. Gorden, W.P. Cornelius, A.E. McCulloch, R.W. Cheatham, and J.M. Mius renounced their rightto require the opening of a street immediately west of Blocks 94-115-116, 239, and 238 in the Gordon addition of Clarksville.
