PECOS — Services for Jesus Marquez, 86, father of Marejildo Heredia of 
Midland, were at 10 a.m Monday in Santa Rosa Catholic Church with burial in 
Santa Rosa Cemetery. Marquez, died at 2 p.m Friday in a Midland hospital. 
Marquez was born in Pecos April 29, 1891, and was a life-long resident of 
Pecos. Other survivors include five sons, four daughters, a sister, 51 
grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
