Sandel, deceased, Mrs. Mabel Lomas has filed in the County Court of Robertson County, an application for the Probate of the last Will and Testament of said Mrs. Cora L. Sandel, deceased, filed with said application, and for Letters Testamentary on said Estate, and said application will be acted upon by said Court, on Monday the 12 day of July A.D. 1937, at the Court House of said County in Franklin, Texas, at which time all persons interested in said Estate may appear and contest said application, should they desire to do so. Herein Fail Not, but have you this writ before the said court at the time aforesaid, with your return thereon, showing how you have executed the same. SANDEL, #2528, ROBERTSON COUNTY, TEXAS THE STATE OF TEXAS, COUNTY OF ROBERTSON I, Mrs. Cora L. Sandel, of the county of Robertson, and State of Texas, being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength to do so, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore by me made. I. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life. II. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid out of my estate without delay, by my executrix to be hereinafter appointed. III. After the payment of all my just debts, together with the expense incident to the probating of this will, I give, devise and bequeath all the property, real, personal and mixed of which I may die seized and possessed of, or that I may be interested in at the time of my death, to my beloved cousin, Mrs. Mabel Lomax, who was raised by me in my home from her childhood, in fee simple forever, to manage, sell or dispose of as she may wish or see proper. IV. I hereby constitute and appoint Mrs. Mabel Lomax executrix of this, my last will and testament, and direct that no bond or security be required of her as executrix. V. It is my will and I direct that no other action shall be had in the county court, or any other court, in the administration of my estate than to prove and record this will and to return and file an inventory and appraisement and list of claims.
