White, March 1883, Robertson Co., TX, Book 3, pg. 242-243 Cynthia E. White, Deceased Application The State of Texas, in county court, in vacation March 2, 1883, county of Robertson\To the Hon. J. E. Crawford, County Judge sitting in probate. In vacation J. W. White a citizen of Robertson County and the State of Texas would respectfully represent that his wife Cynthia E. White died intestate in the County of Robertson, Texas on the 3rd day of October 1881, that she left surviving her the following children and heirs of her Estate who are the issue of the marriage of your applicant and he said Cynthia to wit - Mrs. Julia Bates aged 26 years, James F. White aged 20 years, Cora Lee White aged 16 years, Aada (?) Eloise White aged 14 years, Hallie H. White aged 9 years, and George V. White aged 5 years. That all of said children and heirs reside within the said County of Robertson and State of Texas, that the said Cynthia owned no separate Estate but at the time of her death she and your applicant held and owned between them community property of the estimated value of three thousand dollars which said property is now held by your applicant. Halbert as sentries (?) are held and firmly bound unto the County Judge of Robertson County and his successors in office in the sum of Two thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven 50/100 dollars conditioned that the said J. W. White will faithfully administer the community estate of himself and his dec' wife Cynthia E. White, and pay over one-half the surplus thereof after the payment of the debts with with which the whole of such community property is properly chargeable to such person or persons as shall be entitled to receive the same.
