White, deceased / In County Court of Robertson County, Texas This the application of W. B. White, a resident of Harris County, Texas, respectfully shows to the court: That George V. White is dead; that he died on or about the 12th day of August, A.D. 1934, in the county of Robertson, State of Texas, and that he died intestate; that said deceased was, at the time of his death, a resident of Robertson County, Texas; that at the time of his death, the said George V. White was seized and possessed or real and personal property of the probable value of $3000.00. That a necessity exists for administration upon said estate for the following reasons: (a) There is property, both real and personal, that require attention and care to prevent loss and waste; (b) There are numerous debts and notes that should be given attention and paid when and as soon as possible. That your applicant is the son of the deceased, and is not dis-qualified by law to act as administrator of said estate. Wherefore your applicant prays that citation issue hereon, as the law provides, and that upon a hearing and the proof adduced, letter of administration issue to applicant, and that all further and necessary orders be made in the premises.
