Rigsbee, formerly of Rockwall, Texas, is in Ada en route to Western Oklahoma where he will enter the employ of the Rock Island Ry. Co. He is an old friend of Frank Jones and a nephew of Mrs. Telia Thomas, whom he had not seen in thirty years. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 26 Mar 1906 Rev. and Mrs. W. R. Chandler left today for a few weeks stay in Texas. Bro. Chandler will assist in a revival meeting at Whitewright, Texas; meantime Mrs. Chandler will visit in Rockwall. On the third Sunday in April Bro. Chandler will begin a revival at the First Baptist Church of Ada. He will be assisted by Rev. G. O. Snead of Rockwall, Texas, arrived this morning for a visit with her brother, Orville Snead. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 13 Jul 1906 Quite a number of young people were entertained at the Snead home on 17th street. Thursday evening in honor of Mr. Orville Snead’s sister, Miss V. O. who is visiting here from Rockwall, Texas. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 26 Jul 1906 Uncle Orville Orville Snead received a message announcing the arrival of a 11 pound boy at the home of his brother Dewitte Snead, once a citizen of Ada, now of Rockwall, Texas. A.
