Jim Browning, former well-known citizen of Hopkins county, died Friday at his
home in Rockwall after a few days illness with lockjaw. The remains were taken
back to Pickton and buried at Caney, near that town.

He was about 35 years old being the son of Mr. & Mrs. Tom Browning of Pickton.
He leaves a wife and several children.
