                Mrs. Mollie Walker Services Pending

Ballinger(SC) - Mrs. R. F. (Mollie) Walker, 87, died About 5 p.m. Monday in
Ballinger Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Services are pending at Allen Davis Funeral Home.

She was born June 28, 1882 in Sturgis, Miss.
She was married to R. E. Walker there in December 1898.

They came to Ballinger in 1901. He died in 1948.

Mrs. Walker moved to San Angelo in 1966 and returned to Ballinger in April
1969. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include three sons, Ervin Walker of Weaverville, Calif., Earl Walker
of Petersburg, Fla. and Robert Walker of Pecos; two daughters, Mrs. H. L. Moore
and Mrs. Grace Denham; both of San Angelo; two half brothers, Lon Peterson and
Neal Peterson, both of Sturges, Miss; a sister, Miss Chapel Peterson of
Sturges, Miss; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
