PRUITT CEMETERY

Old cemetery in the Dirgin Community, (Rusk Co.), on "old Pruitt 
Farm."  Ccpied May 1976 bv Barbara Faulkner and Edna Mae Watson, 
accompanied bv Edd Taylor, who lives nearby. There were fieldstones 
to mark three or more graves with no identification.  One cf these 
was known to be an infant of Mr. & Mrs. M. E. Watson.

Two were marked:

DUNKLIN, Lee, Infant of J.T. & E.H. Dunklin
22 Aug 1883 - 30 Aug. 1883

PRUITT, Mordecai John, Born in Allen Co., Ky.
12 Jul; 1849, Died in  Jackson, GA. 17 April 1918.
