BUFORD FIELDS Born on March 10, 1915 in Overton, Texas and passed away, after a
brief illness, on April 28, 2007 in Lakeview Terrace, California at the age of
92. He was a member of Pacoima Sportsmans Club, Masonic Lodge and an avid
racehorse fan. He is survived by his daughters, Winnie Strauder Lee of Los
Angeles, Minnie Solomon of Palmdale, Janet Holmes of Palmdale, Lynda Parks of
Phoeniz; sons, Buford Carter Fields of Los Angeles, Jimmy Young of Carson;
grandchildren, Cheryl Hughes of Inglewood, Dereck Holmes of Palmdale, Chapawnee
Vickers of Palmdale, Shonee Solomon of Palmdale, Jason Young of Carson, Milko
Holmes of Long Beach and a host of great grandchildren. He was preceded in death
by his wife, Minnie Fields. He will forever be missed by family and friends
alike. We love you Daddy. Services will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 11:
00a.m. at Eternal Valley Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May
8, 2007 from 5:00pm - 8:00p.m. at Eternal Valley Mortuary Chapel. ETERNAL VALLEY
