LAWRENCE MILLS

Services for Lawrence Mills, 79, of Henderson will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday in
the Bryan Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. R.C. Coppedge officiating.

Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Bryan
Funeral Home.

Mr. Mills died at 5:10 p.m. sunday in Henderson Memorial Hospital after a brief
illness.

He was born May 16, 1908, in Rusk County, where he lived most of his life. He
was a member od a Pentecostal church and was retired from the Marine
Manufacturing Co. He was a member of DOF Lodge 28, Rebecca Lodge 159, and
American Legion Post 95 and VFW Post 8535.

The family will meet friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Mills of Henderson; and several nieces and
nephews.

Pallbearers will be Robert Armstrong, E.D. Armstrong, George A. Armstrong, Glenn
Armstrong, Rickey Armstrong, and Ear (Pete) Armstrong. [should be Ira, not Ear]
