Alfonso 'A.F.' WARREN born 22 Jan 1902 Rusk Co TX died 10 July 1995 Rusk Co TX.

Alfonso Warren was the son of John Stephen Warren and his wife Effie Eliza
(Gossett) Warren of Rusk County. He married Mary Hortense Cooper of Rusk County.

A.F. ‘Fonzo’ Warren read: “Graveside services for A.F. ‘Fonzo’ Warren, 93, of
Goodsprings will be held 11 a.m. Wed at Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dave
Anderson officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim
Funeral Home. Mr. Warren died July 10, 1995 at a local nursing home. He was born
Jan. 22, 1902 in Rusk County. He was a lifelong resident of Rusk County. He was
a member of the Grandview Baptist Church and a retired truck driver for Spunky
Oil Company. He was a member of the Clinton Masonic Lodge #23 AF&AM. Family will
receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8p.m. Mr. Warren was
preceded in death by his wife, Hortense Cooper Warren, and a son Leo Warren.
Survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Kenneth Pollick,
Goodsprings; a sister, Rennie Ash, Ogden, Utah; five grandchildren, 11 great
grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
