WARREN, William died on Dec 14, 1962, in Rusk County.

Funeral services for William Warren, 87, of Center, TX have been set for
2 pm today at the Blossom Hill Methodist Church with Rev. Wigley
officiating and the Rev. George Swanson , assisting. Burial will be in
Pine Grove Cemetery under the direction of Cothron  and Taylor's Otis
Crim Funeral Home. William died  around 3:30 p.m. Friday in Center.
Survivors include his  wife 'Mattie' Warren; two daughters Mrs. George
Dickinson of Center, TX, Mrs. J.C. McCune  of Center, TX; step-daughters
Mrs. Thelma Williams of Center and Mrs. Marty Stratton of Amarillo, TX;
one son, Bennie Warren of Henderson, TX, two step-sons G.B. McCune of
Pineland, TX and Ennis McCune of Pineland, TX; one sister Mrs. Susie
Whitehend of Carrolton, GA and one brother Bennie Warren of Carrolton,
GA; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren."
Note: William Warren was the son of Sherrod B Warren b.ca. 1850 Heard Co
GA. He married twice. 1st to Elizabeth 'Betty GOSSETT and 2nd to a widow
Mattie McCune.
