The second number of the Bulletin, the new paper recently established at Bronson, 
Sabine county, is if anything an improvement on the first. It is gotten up by that 
veteran newspaper man, Captain William A. Fields, and is a credit to Texas 
journalism. The captain has the best wishes of The Post in his new venture.
