Dr. J. L. DuBose Services Monday. - Funeral services for Dr. J. L. DuBose, 84, 
of Wells, who died in a Jacksonville hospital Saturday, were held Monday at 10 
a. m. from the Wells Baptist church. Burial was in the Mt. Hope cemetery with 
the Masons in charge of graveside rites. He is the father of C. W. DuBose of 
Corsicana.

A native Texan, Dr. DuBose practiced at San Augustine before moving to Well 11 
years ago.

Surviving are his wife of Wells; four sons, Curtis DuBose, Waco; J. H. DuBose, 
Brownsboro; J. D. DuBose, Wells, and C. W. DuBose, Corsicana; a stepdaughter, 
Mrs. Homer Sessions, Marshall; a sister, Mrs. Roxie Stroud, Hemphill; seven 
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and other relatives.

Gipson Funeral Home directed.
