Gesna V. Lane, 68, of 375 Brownlee, Sparks, died in Lubbock, Tex., Tuesday.

A native of Snyder, Tex., she was born Oct. 14, 1907.

She was a housewife.

Surviving are her husband, William of Sparks; sons, Don Thomas of Orangeville, Calif., and Joe Lane of Sparks; daughters, Lavelle Gerish of Sacramento and Sue Smith of New Mexico and 13 grandchildren.

A funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m. today at O'Brien-Rogers and Crosby Funeral Home. Cremation will be at Masonic Memorial Gardens Crematorium.
