MORAN Services for Modell Jacobs Green, 90, of Breckenridge will be at 10:00 
a.m. Saturday at the Elliot Street Church of Christ with Jim Cox officiating. 
Burial will be in the Moran Cemetery under the direction of Melton-Kitchens 
Funeral Home. She died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2000, in Stephens Memorial Hospital 
in Breckenridge. She was born July 24, 1910 in Moran. She graduated from Moran 
High School and attended Tarelton Universtiy for one year. She married 
Clarence Franklin Jacobs on Dec. 15, 1934. He preceded her in death on Nov. 
13, 1967. She then married George Green on Aug. 11, 1970. He proceded her in 
death on Oct. 9, 1988. She was a member of the Elliott Street Church of 
Christ, TRS, Breckenridge Senior Citizens, and the AARP. She was a retired 
cafeteria worker from Lubbock Independent School District. Survivors include a 
daughter, a son, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
