The Albany Echo

With great sorrow the Echo announces the death of our late townsman, H.E.
Chapin, which occurred in St. Louis on the 21st inst. Mr. Chapin was a member of
the late firm of F.B. York & Co. of Fort Griffin. Mr. Chapin had moved to St.
Louis for the benefit of his health and medical treatment.
