Faith Mission Memorial Park Cemetery is located on the right side of CR 113 
east of and behind Faith Mission Holiness Church.  Take 69 S to CR 152E which 
is about 1 ½ miles South of the intersection of 69 and 346; turn left onto 
CR 152; turn right off of  CR 152 onto CR 119 then left onto CR 113.

The Church and Cemetery are on the right hand side of the road about ¼ mile 
east on CR 113.
