This cemetery is located southeast of Lindale. Take CR431 south to about 1 mile short of I-20; turn right (west) on CR472. Cemetery is on left (south) side about 1.5 miles. E. - 1891 - (marked on a rock) GRADICK, Rose Mary - 1930 - April ___ 1978 SITTON, Jacob Andrew - (no stone) - (Approx. 1862-1883 from copier's own personal genealogical records) LAND - (see notes below) GIBSON - (see notes below) This old cemetery is located between Hwy. 69 and Jim Hogg Road (first road north of 1-20 on top of hill) about 3 miles south of Lindale. There are a total of 29 graves marked in some fashion so they can be identified. Those not having stones are so indicated. Interviews with local residents in the area say that some of the LAND family is buried there; also Dr. Walter GIBSON's mother and several in his family (plot marked by pipes); and a man killed at the railroad. There are many other unmarked graves. Old Nebo Church, which burned years ago, was once located near here.
