G. McMim for nonattendance and desorderly conduct and the Church withdrew her fellowship from him-Next the Church elected Brothers W. E. Thedford and R. H. Rainy as Delegates to the Association and Brother M. W. Thedford as alternate Next the Church went into the choice of a Pastor and Clerk for the next year whitch resulted in the unanamous choice of Brother S. R. Gore as Pastor and W. D. Spivey as clerk. I888 and after Divine Services by our Brother Warren went into Conference by opening tne door of the Church for the Reception of members next the Ellection of Delegates was called to Visit the Association and and Defereed to a more suitable time Durning, the meeting this being the apointed time to hold a meeting of days. On the fifth Day of the meeting Brother B. F. Overton and Sister S. A. Overton came forward and were gladley received by Experience and Baptism Next the Conference was called together to elect Delegates to the Assication whitch resulted in the choice of Brothers M. V. Thedford and B. W. Gibson as Delegates and J. W. Rainey as Alternate and the Clerk was ordered to prepare the Letter to the Church Association to be Read at the next meeting There being no other business adjourned W. D. Spivey, C.C. S. R. D. 1888 and after Divine Services by our Pastor went into Conference by opening the door of the Church for the Reception of Menbers Next a Collection was taken up for the Missionary purposes and then was $10.00 Ten Dollars mad up for that purpose and $.80 Cents made for printing minutes. Next the Church agreed to hold a meeting of days at our next regular time in August and by request of this church Brother Waskey wants to write to Brother Warren and the Assocition whether his Services could be had at that time or not and a committee was oppointed to see Brother Jessup of Tyler to see if his services could be obtained also and as Committeemen Brother M.
