T. Yarbery and wife _________ Yarbery in consideration of One Dollar to us paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by these presents give, grant, sell, ________ and convey unto H.F. Rice, F. Y. Smith and C. H. Payne, Trustees of Liberty School House and their successors in office for the use and benefit school house, the following described piece of ground, to-wit: Situated in Smith County, Texas, about 5 miles South of Tyler, being a part of survey No. 468 granted to H. Curry Beginning at the S. E. corner of a tract of land deeded to the Trustees of "Lanes Chappel. Thence south with the original survey (2168) line fifty five yards to a post from which a red oak 10 in in dia brs north 6 feet, a blackjack 8 in in dia bio South 6 feet, Thence west 88 yards to a stake from which a bluejack 3 in in dia brs west 4 feet, a bluejack 2 in in dia brs east 2 feet, Thence north 55 yards to S. W. corner of said "Lanes Chappel" survey, Thence East with said survey to the beginning - containing one acre of land. To have and to hold the above described land together, with all the rights, privileges, improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging unto the said Trustees and their successors in office forever against the claim of any and all persons whomsoever. Yarbery, wife of the said T. T. Yarbery, both of whom are to me well known and whose names appear as grantors to the annexed deed bearing date on the 21 day of August A. D. 1880 and the said T. T. Yarbery acknowledged to me that he signed, sealed, executed, and delivered said Deed for the purposes, uses uses and consideration therein set forth and expressed; and that the same is his voluntary act and deed; and the said H. E. Yarbery after having been examined by me privily and apart from her husband and having the said Deed fully explained to her, acknowledged the same to be her act and deed and declared that she had willingly signed, sealed and delivered the same, and that she wished not to retract it.
