A. Little wife of Albert Little of the county of Smith in the State of Texas and for the further consideration of the sum of five dollars to me paid. The receipt whereof is herby fully acknowledged has this way given granted and conveyed, and by these present do pin grant and convey unto my said daughter Mary L. A. Little and her husband the said Albert Little, the following described one hundred acres of land situated in Smith county abouat nine miles N.E. from the town of Tyler known as survey No 1029 and bounded as follows towit on the north by survey No 350. the headright of Samuel Oliphant on the East by survery No -- in the name of E. A. K. Day,and on the South by survey No. 376 the headright of Nicholas Wren and on the West by survey in the name of James Jarman. To have and to hold the above described tract of land to my said daughter Mary L. A. Little and her husband the said Albert Little their heirs and assigns forever with all the improvements appertaing thereunto belonging and binding myself my heirs Executors and Administrators warrant and defend the title of the same against the claim or claiming and all persons whomsoever.
