Dickey headright. Beginning at a post on the East Boundary line of the A. Neighbors Survey which is also the North West corner of a tract of 160 acres sold by Benj. Scott to F. J. Hamm(?), from which a black jack 10 in dia bears S 40° East 4 varas. Thence North with the East Boundary line of said Neighbors Survey, 788-9/10 varas to the North East corner of said Neighbors Survey, a post in field East of Spring Branch. Thence West 235-4/10 varas with the North boundary line of said Neighbors Survey to corner on same, which is also the south East corner of land now owned by James P. Douglas. Thence North 857-1/10 varas to a corner north of the residence of James Smith. Thence East 1154-9/10 varas to a corner a stake from which a Black jack bears S 5° E 8 varas and a hickory bears S 45° W 7 varas. Thence South 1646 varas to the North East corner of said F. J. Hamm 160 acres tract, a stake from which a black oak 20 in dia bears S 45° W 10 varas and a hickory 15 in dia bears N 85_ West 11 varas.
