Tucker was born in Abbeville District, S. C., October 22, 1810, and died in Lindale, Texas, June 2, 1893. At the age of fifteen he was converted and joined the Methodist Church and remained a consistent member until his death. In 1829 he was married to Miss Wilmoth Thompson. Bro. Tucker died in peace. He leaves a host of relatives to mourn his death. May they all meet him in heaven. W. L. PATE
