F. McBride, Well Known Farmer Died Early Today Mr. B. F. McBride, well known farmer, died this morning at 4:00 o'clock at his home, five miles north of the city on the Sandflat road. He was 63 years of age and had been ill for about ten days. Mr. McBride had lived in this community practically all his life and had friends and acquaintances all over Smith county. He was a member of the Baptist church and was one of the best citizens of the Pine Springs Community. He was married 42 years to Miss Florence Ray, sister of Policeman Jeff Ray. Besides his widow, he is survived by three daughters. Mrs. W. M. Boring of Tyler, Mrs. Sam Williams of Myrtle Springs, and Miss Nannie McBride, who lived with her father, and three sons, Marshall, Douglas and Cone McBride, all of Tyler. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at Pine Springs at 4:30 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. Floyd Aten, passtor of Bostick Switch Baptist Church.
