T. M. Hill Friends and acquaintances of the Family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services at 3:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, April 9, at the First Baptist Church, funeral services to be conducted by Rev. H. M. Ward. Interment at City Cemetery. Troup, Texas, Saturday, April 9, 1932. ------------------------------------------------------------ Source Unknown Funeral of T. M. Hill Conducted at Troup Funeral services for T. M. Hill, 74, were conducted Saturday afternoon at the First Baptist church of Troup by the pastor, Rev. H. M. Ward, with burial at the Troup City Cemetery. Death Friday morning resulted from a heart attack. Mr. Hill was born in what is generally known as Old Knoxville, near Troup, in 1858, and had spent his entire life in this locality. He was a member of the Baptist church. He was a nephew of the late Jimmy Hill who surveyed the site for the city of Tyler when it was established. Survivors, besides his wife, are five daughters, Mrs. Oran Pruitt and Mrs. Floyd Stephenson, living near Troup; Mrs. Oscar Shahan of Whitehouse; Mrs. E. B. Baker of Honey Island and Mrs. J. R.
