PARRENTS:  Searcy Hubbard and A. T. Hardy
GRANDPARENTS: Janie Roberts and Richard Bennett Hubbard, a Colonel who 
commanded the 22nd Texas Regiment of Cavalry during the Civil War, g
overnor of the state of Texas, a United States Ambassador to Japan.   
DIED:  January 4, 2000, Houston, TX 
MARRIED:  Ralph C. Miller, 21 Sep 1928, Church of the Incarnation, 
Dallas, Associate Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, Houston. 
GRADUATED:  Southern Methodist University.  While she
MEMBER:  Trinity Episcopal Church, Houston, Order of the Daughters 
of the King and the Trinity Garden Club.  
PRECEDED IN DEATH:  Brother, John Bennett Hardy
SURVIVORS:  Daughter Searcy Lou Dunn and husband Lee, and grandchildren 
Ralph Dunn and Dorothy Lee Pickett and husband Pat and great granddaughter 
Priscilla Jean; son Hubbard C. Miller and wife Virginia, and
grandsons Jeffrey C. Miller and wife Laura and great granddaughter
Jacqueline, and Darrell Hubbard Miller and wife Krista and great 
grandsons Mason and Griffin; brother Richard Hubbard Hardy, and by her 
sister-in-law Mary Hardy and her nephews Bennett Wilson Hardy and wife 
Virginia and John Hardy and wife Nancy.  
VISITATION:  6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, January 6 at Settegast-Kopf Funeral
Directors, 3320 Kirby Drive.  
FUNERAL SERVICE:  Trinity Episcopal Church, Main at Holman, 2 P.M., 
Friday, January 7, 2000.  
OFFICIATING:  The Rt. Rev. William E. Sterling, Sr. and The Rev. Joseph 
DiPaola.
BURIAL:  Forest Park Westheimer.  
PALLBEARERS:  grandsons and nephews and Pat Pickett, Mac Moore, 
Fred Kracke, and  Roland Guillot.
