FUNDERBURK ELKHART – Services for Hobert Funderburk 65, are set for 10am. Monday in the Hassell-Foster Funeral Home with Rev. Lynn Parker officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Park. Mr. Funderburk died in a Tyler hospital Saturday. Mr. Funderburk was born Sept. 4, 1917, in Anderson County and was the son of the late Dr. W.O. Funerburk and Beulah Funderburk. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Palestine and a retired employee of General Dynamics. Survivors, wife, Joy Dupree Funderburk Elkhart; two sons, David Funderburk Fort Worth and Kerry Funderburk, Austin; two daughters, Judy Gail Shinn, Houston and Lynn Arledge, Fort Worth; two brothers, O.P Funderburk, Kerrville and W.O.
