To all who shall see these Presents--Greeting:
Know ye, that any person legally authorized to celebrate the
RITES OF MATRIMONY
is hereby Licensed to Join in Marriage, as Husband and Wife,

Archey Smith and Charity Rose

and for so doing this shall be his sufficient authority.
In Testimony Whereof, I, 
W. H. Marsh, Clerk of the County Court of Smith County,
hereunto subscribe my name and affix the seal of said Court, this
18 Day of January A.D. 1877.
